IPANM chief to speak at Rotary

Jim Winchester, executive director of the Independent Petroleum Association of New Mexico, will speak at Thursday’s Roswell Rotary Club meeting.

Before joining IPANM in 2017, Winchester worked for several years as a communications manager in Boulder, Colo.


Prior to that he served as communications director for the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department and the New Mexico Environment Department from 2011-15, working as an appointee under Gov. Susana Martinez.

Home Hospitality hosts
