The July 23 Roswell Rotary Club meeting will feature two programs.
One will honor Rotary Scholarship participants.
The other will feature Donald Shawler with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, who will discuss the federal courts.
This will be a lead-in to Donald’s July 30 Rotary Club program.
