Captains Noel and Michael Evans will speak to the Rotary Club on Oct. 31 about the Salvation Army’s holiday fundraising efforts in Chaves County.

Jack Swickard: Roswell, New Mexico, United States; Jack Swickard is a former editor and general manager of daily newspapers in Roswell and Farmington, N.M. He later founded The Triton Group, a public relations consulting company headquartered in Roswell. He was a helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War.
